We offer end-to-end Facilities management services in corporate,  commercial, religious and residential built-up premises as covered  by our clientele which includes Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies, Oil and Gas Industry, Non-governmental Organizations, Diplomatic corps, Financial and non-financial institutions and large corporations. We are also known to be one of the leading professional Pest/ Vector control fumigation companies.

Laurmann and Company Limited was incorporated under the Company and Allied Matters Decree Act of 1990 with registration No. RC: 370127 on December 17th, 1999.

GEOGRAPHICAL COVERAGE OF ACTIVITIES

We have the mandate to undertake corporate cleaning, industrial cleaning, and solid waste management and other facilities management services for needy clientele nationwide. LAURMANN presently operates in Abuja FCT, Kaduna, Kano, Kogi, Lagos, Niger, Oyo, Ondo, Edo and Rivers State.

STAFF STRENGTH

We have a workforce of over 800 personnel with diversified skills, qualifications, and experience relevant to the emerging trends in facilities management. Our management team has competencies that range from professional facility management, management sciences, project management, environmental resource planning, quality control assurance, engineering, accounting, natural science and the liberal arts.
