CRYSTALLIZATION
Crystallization Process for the care and maintenance of marble and terrazzo floor. Crystallization utilizes a special low RPM polishing machine and a chemical agent that restores the marble to its original luster. This system actually polishes, hardens and makes marble surface scuff and stain resistant, leaving no chemical residue that requires stripping. Crystallization is not only cost-effective, it is low in maintenance.

SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT
The company has the expertise for waste management. This involves waste collections via door-to-door, bell ringing from collection sites, bulk loading of wastes through the use of compactors, side loaders, pay loaders, open tipper vehicles to the required dumpsites to uphold global environmental standards. The Federal Capital Territory Administration in 2005 decided to involve the private sector in refuse collection and Management through the Public Private Partnership (PPP) hence the City was divided into districts. Laurmann and Company Limited, a registered waste management company with Abuja Environmental Protection Board (AEPB), was contracted to clean and manage the waste in the Central Business District (CBD) I & II. This is the ‘Heart’ of the FCT, where the Presidential Villa, National Assembly, Federal Secretariat, Head of Service and the new Foreign Affairs (Tafawa Balewa House) are situated.
Fumigation & Pest Management
PEST/VECTOR CONTROL FUMIGATION
For an environment to be rodents and pest free, regular fumigation activities are required. Our licensed and registered Environmental Health Officers use environmentally friendly chemicals to combat and eradicate insects, pests, and rodents of public health significance in compliance with the Environmental Health Officers Registration Council of Nigeria, Act 11 of 2002.
